Desert Casino - Weathered casino sign near Boulder City, NV with US 93 running through the Eldorado Valley desert in the background. Struck me as symbolic of many small towns in Nevada which seem to have grown out of the desert and are frequently anchored by a casino.
City Shade - Shade structures at Water Street Plaza in Henderson, NV. Texture differences between the smooth swirling clouds, sharp white frame, and colorful corrugated shade cover made this scene interesting to me when looking up from ground level.
