Having found a passion for art and film photography in high school, I was inspired to pick up a digital camera after moving to the Las Vegas Valley in 2021. The physical equipment and software editing ecosystem of digital photography has been a natural fit after spending the majority of my professional career as a mechanical engineer working in software development. Since restarting my photography journey, I have especially enjoyed capturing scenes in which humanity and nature intersect. I think it often tells an interesting story about our complex relationship with the environment.
